Dr. Raquel Echevarría Quiñones is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God, district of Puerto Rico. She was the president of the Caribbean Theological College of the Assemblies of God for 10 years. She has worked in the field of Christian education teaching and training in Bible institutes. She has also been a professor at the Interamerican University of PR, the Theological University of the Caribbean and at the Evangelical Seminary of PR.
- She was pastor of a congregation from 2003-2006.
- She has a BA in psychology, a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology (Th.M.) from Columbia Theological Seminary. Dr. Echevarría did her Doctorate in New Testament Studies (Th.D.) at the ISEDET University Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
