Professor Velasquez has been in ministry since the year 2000. He has served as Associate Pastor, Financial Administrator of the Caribbean Theological College, Finance Department of the Puerto Rico District Council of the AG, Regional and Executive Presbyter for the Central District Council and other roles in ministry. He is currently the Lead Pastor of Healing Waters Ministries in Denver, CO. Currently. He also works as SUM Spanish Program Coordinator. He has taught different courses within the Biblical, Theology and Applied Theology field.
