The Master of Arts in Christian Leadership (MACL) is a professional degree designed to increase the
leadership capacity of leaders within a local church or para-church setting. While holding to high
academic standards, this program will equip pastors, staff members, and lay leaders with a biblical,
theoretical, and practical understanding of Christian organizations, thereby enhancing their
organizational leadership effectiveness.

Academic Requirements:
A BA degree from an accredited institution
2.5 GPA minimum
