Bachelor of Arts in Worship and Music (BAWM)*
Degree Goal:
The Bachelor of Arts in Worship and Music (BAWM) prepares future ministry leaders in musical proficiency through skill and disciplinary development in the tradition of musical conservatories and a biblical-theological education. This degree cultivates servant leaders with practical ministry experience in a setting that provides for personal mentorship. Graduates will be prepared for musical performance and church leadership roles as well as graduate education in musical schools or in seminaries.

Izabela Parsons
Director of Music and Worship
Izabela has studied music since early childhood and plays and composes on violin, piano, and guitar. She traveled extensively with her sisters (Alizma) before evolving into a solo artist and has toured North America, Europe, and Asia, appearing on nationally televised programs, such as, America’s Got Talent, Steve Harvey, Montel Williams, 79th Academy Awards Governor’s Ball, and 64th Primetime Emmy Awards and the opening of the Rose Parade in Los Angeles. Izabela is originally from Poland and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Arts Management from Shenandoah University (VA), as well as a Master’s Degree in Music Performance from Azusa Pacific University (CA). She was awarded full scholarships for both degrees. She began composing music while in college and developed a passion for producing and recording music that combines her love of classical, Christian, as well as other genres of music.
