- What is the webpage for international payments?

The instructions are in the handbook – the key thing is once you are on the login page, you need to use your sum email and password and you need to be sure of the browser you are using, and which email is logged on that browser. If you are unsure, you will have to use an incognito window. If you still have issues, please send a screenshot of your login screen to [email protected]. I see an option to set up payment plans – should I do that?The instructions are in the handbook – the option “international payment” needsto be chosen. You will be taken to the PayMyTuition portal to finish your payment.No payment plan needs to be set up.
- Should I pay my entire balance at once? Or can I pay in two installments? If so, what are the amounts and their due dates?
If you are able to, please pay the full term balance ASAP.
If not, you need to put in your first installment (50% of tuition) ASAP – the last date is Friday, Dec 12; otherwise as per school policy, you will be blocked from Canvas (LMS).
The second installment needs to be paid in 30 days. - What are the different options to pay? (credit card / Debit card / Bank account)
Depending on the country of your residence, different payment options open up on the PayMyTuition portal, which includes credit card, debit card, bank account, etc. - After I choose to pay through my Bank account and complete that transaction in the PayMyTuition, it tells me to download the instructions and effect the transaction at my local bank within 2 days. What does that mean? How should I proceed further?
After you complete the payment in the PayMyTuition portal, you will need to download the instructions. Then take a printout of the same to the local bank, and then do the actual wire transfer from your bank account using the details provided in the instructions. You can also do a wire transfer online if your online banking account allows that.Only after the successful completion of the wire transfer, your payment will go to funded status. Then, it will be settled into the SUM account.
- When will I see my payment reflected on my student account?
It might take 3-5 business days as it needs to be settled into SUM’s account and then posted on your student ledger.
