With a lifetime of pastoral ministry and leadership, Dr. David applies education and experience every day to coach, mentor, and shepherd leaders and pastors. He is recognized for inspirational preaching and teaching, prophetic insight, and a transparent approach to the practical issues faced today by leaders of all types and specializes in working with those in transition regarding the vital importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in a leadership role. He also provides guidance on the process of pastoral succession to outgoing and incoming leadership. Church leadership and professional coaching have produced a logical progression to teaching and academia. Experience and an advanced degree have equipped him to mentor and guide leaders with decisions affecting their personal and business lives.
