Full-Time Faculty | The full-time faculty member will teach, develop courses, and have administrative responsibilities. The position requires being on site at the El Dorado Hills, CA, campus. Faculty teaching load will range from five to eleven courses annually based upon the modality (live or Anytime/Anywhere recorded courses) being developed. |

Financial Aid Counselor | Provides operational guidance to the Financial Aid Office and performs the more technically demanding financial aid duties, including oversight of various programs, activities, determining award amounts, and reconciliation of various programs. Works with a diverse population of administrators, faculty, staff, students and the public. Retention Specialist | The Retention Specialist is a faculty member who works directly with the Vice-President of Cohort Development and Student Services to develop and implement the retention process for US and International students. The Retention Specialist will coordinate with faculty, Cohort Advisors and students to monitor the SOA process, oversee new student retention, support returning student retention, coordinate academic coaching, and supervise the student discipline process. The Retention Specialist will also serve as a member of the faculty teaching live and/or AA courses each term and collaborating in the development of AA courses annually. | MA minimal requirement, with preference for a terminal degree for full time position with adjunct responsibilities, in Spiritual Formation, Education, or a related field. | Full- Time | El Dorado Hills |
NCN Hub Director | The HUB Director serves as the liaison between your District/Network of churches and ministries, VP of Cohort Development & Student Services and SUM. The HUB Director will be responsible for the direct oversight and recruitment at the SUM HUB and network of cells. | MA minimal requirement, with preference for a terminal degree for full time position with adjunct responsibilities. Assistant VP of Cohort Development | The Assistant VP of Cohort Development & Student Services works with the VP of Cohort Development and Student Services to implement procedures to facilitate the development and maintenance of health cohorts and competent cohort advisors and implement the Student Life and Ministry program at SUM national and international cohort locations. | MA minimal requirement, with preference for a terminal degree for full time position with adjunct responsibilities. | Full time | El Dorado Hills |
Campus Worship Director | The SUM Campus Worship Director (CWD) is a full-time position responsible for the production of various musical performances needs of SUM.edu, both virtual and in live performances. In virtual performances, the CWD works with students to produce worship leading videos for virtual delivery for virtual classrooms and/or live and virtual school chapel events. In live performance, the CWD will lead and coordinate the live music needs of the El Dorado Hills (EDH) campus as well as for the live studio productions for the Broadcast Network of Theological Studies (BNTS). Depending on the education and teaching experience of the candidate teaching responsibilities may be available. | BA in music, music performance, worship leading, or worship pastor for Part- Time Position.
