Mike has deep concerns about the health of the local church and is committed to mobilizing faith communities for the good of humanity. He is most passionate about challenging churches to put action behind the words of Jesus. He believes the hope of the world is Jesus Christ and His followers.

Darla serves as Founder of Revolution. A sought-after communicator and proven leader, She is perhaps most respected for her authenticity and her ability to relate to people right where they are. Alongside her husband, Darla has helped plant and provide leadership and support to churches and university settings for over two decades.

Their contagious energy has already inspired many to join them in bringing transformation to the city by reaching the next generation.

Online Adviser

Sara Spong is the online adviser of the Winston-Salem cohort. She has a BA in Education and MS Ed in counseling. She has over 18 years of ministry and education experience. Sara lives in Lewisville North Carolina with her husband Chuck and her four children.
