The School of Urban Missions is a non-profit corporation, organized and operated exclusively for educational and religious purposes within the meaning of Setion 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

School of Urban Missions is jointly owned and operated by the Assemblies of God and the Church of God in Christ.
